Applications are now open for the 2023 Women of Colour Executive Leadership Program.
The first leadership program of its kind in Australia, it supports 20 Women of Colour, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women, to navigate the distinct barriers that Women of Colour face in advancing their careers.
The seven-month program starts in May, and includes workshops, group coaching and executive mentoring.
With thanks to a $185,000 investment from the Victorian Government, Women of Colour Australia together with an advisory group of Women of Colour leaders including First Nations leaders from Women's Business, have been supported to co-design and deliver the program.
Applications close Tuesday 28 February.
